I have been looking for a free photo editor to use on my photos. Last night I downloaded Picasa 3. I think this is the program for me, at least for now until I learn more of the editing deal...
I took this picture of my cousin's little boy and 
did this to it....
I think she will be happy when she sees this new photo!!
I can't wait to mess with more pictures.
