He had just come home that day from his 2nd open heart surgery. I put the outift on him to run to the pharmacy

OMG!!! He's so cute!! What kind of surgery did he have?? I had one at age two and am about to have another one!
He has such a sweet face...you would never know the troubles he's seen:-)
